CSA United Harvest Newsletter!

 

Dear CSA farmers:

 

Over 250 farms participated in a CSA fundraising project in 2005 called One United Harvest: Creative Recipes from America’s Community Supported Farms, a recipe book that sold over 3,000 copies back to the farms.  I collected these recipes five years ago and enjoyed every interaction that I had with those CSA farms.  From Maine to Hawaii these CSAs spread their recipes and their names across the country!  Check out Amazon where some used copies are still available today!

Beginning in May, I will provide a recipe newsletter and support service to CSAs for a small fee. 

 

Here are the details:

 

  • I will once again collect, compile and edit your plant-based recipes along with my own and send them out to you twice a month.  (Many recipes are designated as vegan, gluten-free, low sodium with the vegetables taking center stage!)

 

  • The newsletter will also provide vegetable tips from around the country for your members and creative ways to use every ounce of their shares!

 

  • I will also field questions from your members about how to use their shares.  They can e-mail me at any time, and I will send them prompt, individualized responses!

 

  • These current CSA recipes, tips and ideas can be posted on your website, printed for members, or added to your newsletter. 

 

When members are given vegetable preparation support along with fun, creative recipes, ideas and tips---some from other CSAs from around the country---they are sure to be happy members!  The fee per CSA farm is 6 months of 12 newsletters for $50--all packed with recipes and tips---beginning on May 15th and ending at Thanksgiving.  To join please CLICK CSA News ltr Sign Up!!  Then to pay please click PURCHASE SERVICES and pay via PayPal or with any major credit card.  If you prefer to send a check, after you sign up, you will receive an e-mail with my address.

A 33 recipe, $6.00 e-cookbook/CSA recipe guidebook is also available on my website for your members.  Members can simply download for their own use and enjoy these recipes and tips all growing season long!  Recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and low-sodium----veggies taking center stage! These are different recipes than the newsletter.

I am so passionate about spreading the word that vegetables are one of our GREATEST BLESSINGS on our planet!
